Dmytro Haiovyi is the Chief Operating Officer at Lam Legal, where he manages the firm’s operations and day-to-day business functions.

He brings entrepreneurial experience across real estate investment, property development, retail, and service industries, with a focus on operational management and efficient service delivery. At Lam Legal, he works across the firm to ensure smooth operations and contributes to long-term planning.

Dmytro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration from Ukrainian-American Concordia University, evaluated as equivalent to a four-year Canadian bachelor’s degree by the University of Toronto. He also completed a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Hospitality Services Management from Douglas College.

Outside of work, Dmytro enjoys traveling, Formula 1, and basketball. He is fluent in Ukrainian.
