Christina Ma is a skilled and versatile civil litigator with a broad practice that includes construction law, contract disputes, administrative law, defamation, family law, and employment law. She has successfully appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. Christina is known for her strategic approach to litigation, persuasive advocacy, and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
Christina holds a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (with distinction) from Simon Fraser University. During her academic career, she actively participated in initiatives such as the Willem C. Vis Moot, served as Clinic Head for the LSLAP South Vancouver Clinic, and founded the Restorative Justice Club at SFU.
As a lawyer called to the bar in both British Columbia and New York, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. She has acted as lead counsel in complex litigation matters and has been involved in reported cases before the BC Court of Appeal.
Outside of her legal practice, Christina enjoys painting, film photography, and traveling. She is passionate about providing personalized legal solutions and is committed to helping her clients navigate their legal challenges with confidence.
