Charlotte has more than 20 years of litigation experience, primarily focusing in ICBC defense. In addition to a BA in Criminology, Charlotte holds a post-graduate diploma in Business. Charlotte is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her fur baby. You can also find her practicing tai chi in local parks.
