Tariq Teja is a skilled litigation lawyer with broad experience in commercial and construction litigation, occupiers’ liability, employment and labour matters, and insurance defense. He has represented clients in complex disputes at all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, trial, and appeals. Tariq is adept at managing expert evidence, chambers applications, and negotiating effective resolutions for his clients.
